THE FOLLOWING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
• Bonfire
• Construct of tents along beach areas ( MO No. 5)
• Littering (MO No. 5 & 62-96)
• Catching / gathering  any marine species - shells, sea urchins, coral and aquarium fishes as well as Giant Clams ( MO No. 101-99,225,97 & 59)
• Destroying any marine ecosystem - Mangroves, Sea Grasses, and Coral Reefs ( MO No. 103)
• The allowable speed limit of Jetski within Puerto Galera bay is 5 knots or 6 mph or 9 kph. Beyond 200m distance from the shore seaward, jet skis are allowed to run on its maximum speed ( MO No. 116)
• Catching, gathering, harming and killing of marine turtles Dolphins and Sharks. (MO No. 75 & 76)
• Collecting of stones, sand and shells (MO No. 67)
• Hunting of Wildlife ( MO No. 24)
• Anchoring in coral reefs arrears (misuse of mooring bouys)  
   (MO No. 77 & 132)
